Meticulousness and careful calculation of D’. Palais Louis come even from the design phase. Accordingly, it took nearly one year to design and finish drawings. He spent time on 50 meetings with Japanese architects, and various versions of drawings to find out the most optimal design plan for the project.

Subsequent phases of the project also took Chairman Do Anh Dung a lot of time and effort. Typically, during the construction of first 12 apartments, Mr. Dung and 20 employees of the group went to Italy for a month, visited six cities and seven factories to obtain more than 10 interior products matching the project design. After that, he decided to employ contractors and workers from Italy to complete the project. Total construction time for 12 apartments was nearly two years.
